Frequently Asked Questions

Do you also sell the original paintings?

Yes.  However, there are only a few original paintings left for sale at a price of £50 plus postage. Please contact me by email to check if your choice of an original painting is still available.

What is your return policy?

Hopefully you will understand that this is very difficult to answer. No greeting card leaves my studio without a quality check. It is packed well and posted personally. I feel I cannot be held responsible for damage caused by Royal Mail.

Do you offer gift cards?

Unfortunately, at the moment no. If there is a demand, I may change this policy. As an individual managing all tasks my administrative time is limited.

Do you sell your greeting cards to all markets?

I would like to satisfy home demand first. Postage charges to many overseas markets are very expensive. As such I will initially concentrate on sales to the UK with a cost of 2nd class postage being charged for each delivery for a single or multiple card order. In addition, additional overseas postage costs may remove the already slim margins left at the current price.

If you have friends in the UK, you could ask them to purchase the greeting cards for you and ask them to send them on to you.

Is the size of each card A5?

All cards are made from a folded A4 sheet of 220 gsm white card. Some white cards, due to the picture size are cut to a slightly smaller size.

What are the payment options?

Payment can be made with either PayPal or most major credit or debit cards. For the sale of the remaining original paintings, please contact me and we can then agree payment options, preferrably via PayPal if possible.

Is an envelope for each card included?

Yes.  A suitable C5 self seal envelope is included for each greeting card.

What is your delivery time?

Please allow delivery of 3 to 5 days. Most shipments will leave the same day, if the order is before 12 noon and the card is in stock. Making the cards is not a long-winded time-scale. Then you must allow for the Royal Mail second class service to do its best.

There may be times when I am away painting or on holiday, so I would ask for your patience should such absences occur.  While away, I will keep in contact by mobile phone and email as required.
